Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:

As a small, family-owned business, we carefully plan and allocate our resources well in advance to provide each guest with a quality experience. Because our events involve advance commitments for guides, transportation, planning, and other operating expenses, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or changes to reservations.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide as much flexibility as possible. If you are unable to attend your scheduled adventure, we are happy to reschedule your reservation for another available date—giving you the opportunity to enjoy the experience at a time that works better for you.

Please note that refunds will only be issued if Wild Forages PNW cancels the event entirely.

Dog Policy:

Please leave dogs at home. We know dogs are part of the family, but to help protect the habitat and ensure a respectful & comfortable experience for everyone, we do not allow dogs on our forays. Our walks often take us through uneven terrain, sensitive forest areas, and spaces where we may need to move carefully and quietly. Thank you for helping us care for the places we explore and creating a welcoming experience for all participants.
